Luminare - Intex Projects

Intex International played a vital role in delivering this visionary development, proudly supplying key materials of this world-class build, Luminare. 

The architectural innovation and construction excellence in this high-rise development constructed by Cavcorp and designed by Orbit Architecture consists of 214 meticulously crafted residences and a total of 366 units forming part of the wider Long Island precinct.  

From the central public piazza connecting Lucent and future stages, to wellness spaces and rooftop gardens, every element reflects premium design and high-performance materials. 

At the core of the build were Intex’s metal framing systems, which are engineered for structural integrity, reliability and long-term performance. Designed to form the backbone of any robust structure, these materials provided the durability essential for a project of this complexity.

Alongside the metals, this build also featured our fire-rated boundary wall system Miracle board, renowned for its ease of installation and superior impact resistance as well as our high-performing Rockwool, which offers exceptional acoustic performance and fire resistance.  

Intex partnered closely with QCL to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery process throughout the project’s life cycle. Their expertise and collaboration were essential in executing a project of this scale with precision and efficiency.
