The Sinclair - Intex Projects

Intex is proud to have supported the delivery of the Sinclair Dual Towers project. Nothing beats luxury apartments like this $91 million residential project redefining luxury living in East Brisbane. 

This architecturally stylish development by Mosaic Property Developments features 122 two- and three-bedroom apartments, complete with high-end amenities including a rooftop pool, open-air cinema, sky bridge, wellness centre, executive lounge and ground-floor retail spaces. 
 

At the core of this project’s success was the use of our Intex Stud & Track systems. A lightweight, high-strength framing solution known for its durability, versatility and reliability. The system played a critical role in enabling design flexibility through 122 units across multiple levels of the build. 

Our collaboration with our key contractors Lecon group on this project was influential. Through seamless co-ordination and an efficient, streamlined supply chain, Lecon Group helped deliver this complex build on time and to spec.
